Code of ethics

Since its foundation in 1987, Gemini has always considered it fundamental to adopt and apply ethical principles that guarantee good functioning and credibility towards customers, suppliers and, more generally, towards the entire economic context in which the Company operates.

The GEMINI Board of Directors has therefore resolved - based on provisions long since adopted by the Company itself - to apply a new version of the Code of Ethics.

The Company commits to the pursue of the values of fairness, loyalty, integrity and transparency in its behaviour, modus operandi and conduct of relations both internally and with third parties.

Specifically, GEMINI follows the ethical principles of:

  • Responsibility and respect of the law;
  • Fairness;
  • Transparency;
  • Equal opportunities and absence of discrimination of any kind;
  • Diversity and inclusion;
  • Working environment;
  • Efficiency;
  • Management and accounting information;
  • Confidentiality and protection of privacy;
  • Occupational health and safety;
  • Quality.

The addressees of this Code are the Directors, the Board of Auditors, the management, the employees and all those who work, directly or indirectly, for the Company (e.g. collaborators, consultants, suppliers, customers, partners and anyone who has relations with the Company).
