TECHNOLOGY

Innovating to work better

spazzatrice

When technology truly makes a difference

Adopting technologies such as robotic sweepers enables us to make our operations more efficient and organised.
Ideal for large areas, they operate autonomously and continuously, even in complex environments.

The result is more consistent cleaning, better time management and a more effective use of resources.

spruzzino

Smart products, simple and safe to use

Pre-measured products ensure you always use the correct dose, without errors or waste.

Easy to use, with no maintenance or connections required, they improve cost management and make work safer for operators by eliminating the need for pouring and reducing contact with chemicals.

sustainability

Gemini goes green

We invest in solutions that reduce our environmental impact and improve the way we work.

From the installation of solar panels and more sustainable transport to the optimisation of processes and consumption: every decision is geared towards striking a balance between efficiency, responsibility and respect for the environment.

Sustainable
mobility

In 2021, we invested in improving the energy efficiency of our office in Venice: we removed obsolete gas-fired systems, installed thermal insulation, heat pumps and a 41 kW solar panel system capable of generating 52,000 kWh per year.

These measures enable us to significantly reduce energy consumption, cut CO₂ emissions and help protect the environment, with an impact equivalent to planting hundreds of trees every year.

We have embarked on a programme to renew our company fleet, introducing low-impact vehicles and charging infrastructure, with the aim of progressively reducing emissions and noise.

A concrete commitment to making every journey more efficient and more responsible, without compromising operational efficiency.

Sustainability as a holistic approach

For us, sustainability is not just a goal, but an ongoing process that is measured and monitored.

That is why we subject our work to independent assessments and adopt internationally recognised standards, which certify the quality of our environmental, social and organisational commitment.

Independent assessments,
concrete results

Every year, we undergo the EcoVadis assessment, one of the leading international ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) rating systems.

Since 2021, we have consistently ranked amongst the companies with the best results in environmental, social and governance areas.

Ecolabel: sustainable choices throughout the entire life cycle

The EU Ecolabel guarantees that products and services meet strict environmental criteria throughout their entire life cycle, from production to disposal.

It takes into account criteria such as the average lifespan of products, their reusability and recyclability, the reduction of packaging, and the proportion of recycled material they contain.

Voluntary environmental certifications

Mandatory certifications are a necessary standard; voluntary certifications are a valuable asset that defines and guides our work.

We have adopted certified management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 14064-1, which set out clear processes for monitoring emissions, improving environmental performance and reducing our environmental impact over time.

Social sustainability and governance

For us, sustainability is not just about the environment.
It concerns the way we work every day, the conditions we provide for our people, and the quality of the relationships we build.

We adopt recognised standards such as ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, SA8000 for social responsibility, ISO 37001 for anti-bribery, and UNI PDR 125 for gender equality.

Certifications

Global also means responsibility

Our certifications are not an end goal per se, but a way to make what we do verifiable, through recognised standards that guarantee quality, safety and care. In every service, every day.
